The Endless Slumber (2007)

NOTE: I am updating these sections as I play through the game. They will be updated whenever I get time!

The playable character, Faye, wakes up to a strange woman's voice and suddenly finds her bedroom door frozen over with ice. She finds a note on the bed covering; it is addressed to her from her husband, Fidget. He writes:

"Dear Faye, I don't have time to explain everything. I'm in trouble. You are my only hope. Follow the path shown in this diary. With love, Fidget." With this note, Faye equips Fidget's diary.

Entry: Chapter One

Dearest Faye, if you are reading this, it means I was able to wake you from the Sleep Spell. Lilith, the Fairy Queen of Dreams, cast it over the entire kingdom and captured me. I always knew that one day she would come, and I have tried to protect us against that day. Because of this, I laid a path for you to follow. Trust me and follow the path, which I have written out for you in the lower part of this diary. I love you, Faye. You are smart and strong and persistent. Find me and rescue me so we can have our life back.

[Open our door and go to the hallway next]

Your beloved husband, Fidget."

In the next room, Faye hears the same voice as she had when she awoke. The door to her daughter's room seals shut and the animal panes on the windows on the ceiling vanish. Faye hears her husband's voice, telling her that "[t]he creatures must be returned to their places".
